âšī¸ Important: ID Card Application & Delivery Process
- Apply: Students/Faculty/Staff submit their application through the respective portal.
- Wait for Approval: Your application will be reviewed by the admin. This may take 1-3 working days.
- Check Status: Track your application status using the Status Link provided above.
- Download Digital Card: Once approved, you will receive an OTP via email to download your digital ID card.
- Card Printing & Email Alert: You will get an automated email once your physical card is printed and ready for pickup from the Electronics and communication Engg Department First Floor.
- Verification: Your ID card contains a QR code. Anyone can scan this QR code to verify the authenticity of your ID card.
đ§ Email Alerts: Please ensure your email address is correct during application. All status updates, download OTPs, and card printing/pickup alerts will be sent to this email.
đ QR Code Verification: Each ID card has a unique QR code. Scan it to instantly verify the card's validity and view the holder's details.
Notice: You will get an email once your card is printed notifying you to collect it from the Electronics and communication Engg Department First Floor.
